Overall this doll is Awesome. The shipping was great, took about 2 weeks from ordering to receiving. Not bad there. My only problem is with the head, in which case a lil rough pounding and off it goes or hair pulling. In which case I fixed that problem myself with a 15mm. Bolt cut the head off bolt.Works perfectly now.
